Every week we check up to 10 of your pages against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA, email you when something new turns up, and send a monthly PDF report you can hand to your compliance officer.
Websites drift. A new banner, a CMS update or a form plugin can bring back a missing label or a low-contrast button the week after you fixed it. ADA Monitor re-runs the same automated accessibility audit as our accessibility audit API on a schedule, keeps every result, and tells you what changed. Many of the issues most often named in ADA website demand letters, such as missing alt text, unlabeled form fields and low color contrast, are ones an automated check can find.
Intake forms, attorney bios and practice-area pages are where plaintiff firms look first. Watch the pages a prospective client actually uses, and keep a dated record of each check.
Rate tables, loan applications and branch locators carry the contrast and form-label issues that show up again and again on financial sites. Weekly checks catch a template change before it sits on the site for a quarter.
Appointment booking, patient forms and location pages. Monitor the public pages patients rely on; we never sign in to a patient portal.
Up to 10 URLs, each loaded in a real browser and checked with the axe-core engine. Swap pages any time.
An email when a page has a WCAG A/AA issue it did not have last week, or its score drops by 5 points or more. Each issue comes with how to fix it.
One per site: every check that month, open issues, what appeared and what was fixed. A dated record for your accessibility file.
Add and remove pages, see the latest results and download reports from your account. No API key needed.
This monitor runs the axe-core engine against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA rules. It finds issues that can be detected automatically; automated testing does not catch every WCAG failure, and some checks need a person to review them. It is not a certification of compliance and not legal advice. We do not promise that your site is compliant or that it will not receive a complaint. What monitoring does is catch regressions early and keep a record of what you checked and fixed.
Your results and reports live on your SEO Score API account. If you don't have one we make a free one for this email; after paying, log in with the same address. Already have an account? Log in first.
No. No automated tool can. ADA Monitor finds the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA issues that can be detected automatically, tells you when new ones appear, and gives you a dated monthly record. Automated testing does not catch every WCAG failure, so pair it with a periodic manual review by someone who knows WCAG. It is not legal advice.
Each page is loaded in a real browser and checked with the axe-core engine against the WCAG 2.1 A and AA rules it can test: alt text, form labels, color contrast, keyboard and focus issues, ARIA attributes, page language and title, link and button names, captions and more. Items the engine cannot decide on its own are listed as needs review, not counted as failures.
When a monitored page shows a WCAG A/AA issue it did not have at the previous check, or its score drops by 5 points or more. The first check of a page sets the baseline. At the start of each month you also get a note that the previous month's PDF report is ready.
One PDF per site: every check run that month with its score, the open WCAG A/AA issues at the last check with how to fix each one, what appeared and what was fixed during the month, and a plain statement of what automated testing can and cannot tell you. It is written so you can hand it to a compliance officer or keep it with your accessibility records.
